collabs — agent opportunity workshop

Everyone's talking
about AI agents.
Now what?

Your team knows AI exists. But not what to build, in what order, or how to think about agent design for marketing.

£3,000 · Remote · 1–2 hours

what this is

A workshop that builds
shared understanding,
and a clear plan.

Half training, half working session. You'll learn how to think about agents and skills for marketing — then we'll map the opportunities specific to your team and walk out with a prioritised build plan.

01 — Education

Intro to agents and skills

How agents work, how to think about design, what's actually possible today for marketing teams. Builds the mental model you need before making build decisions.

02 — Interactive mapping

Your workflows, your opportunities

We map your current marketing workflows against agent and skill opportunities together. Your team, your context, your constraints — not a generic framework.

03 — Your Agent Opportunity Map

A plan you can act on

The output: agents and skills sequenced by impact, with build priority. A one-page plan you can hand to your team or a builder and say "start here".

how we map it

Every workflow goes
on the board.

We plot your team's marketing workflows against two axes — business value and automation feasibility — factoring in complexity, frequency, and blast radius. The position tells you what to build first.

Build first

High value · easy to automate

Weekly reporting High freq · low complexity
Content briefs Daily · repeatable
Organic social content Daily · brand-voice skill
Social scheduling High freq · low risk
UTM tagging Tedious · zero judgment
Needs human judgment

High value · hard to automate

Brand strategy High judgment · low freq
Editorial review High blast radius
Skip for now

Lower value · hard to automate

Crisis comms Rare · high judgment
Illustrative — yours will reflect your team's workflows

fit check

Who this is —
and isn't — for.

The workshop works best for a specific kind of team. Here's how to tell if it's right for yours.

This is for you if

  • You're a marketing leader at a company of 50–500 people
  • You've tried ChatGPT or Copilot but haven't operationalised AI in your team
  • You're the person who can say "yes, let's build this" — Head of Marketing, VP, CMO, or founder wearing the marketing hat
  • You want a plan, not a pitch for more consulting

This isn't for you if

  • AI-native company already running agent workflows — you're past the point where this adds value
  • Looking for hands-on implementation — that's what Agent Teams is for
  • Need ongoing advisory rather than a focused session — that's Advisory

faq

Frequently asked questions.

What's left on your mind...

What do I need to prepare?
Minimal. We'll send a short pre-workshop brief to get you thinking about your team's current workflows and where AI has (and hasn't) started to show up. No homework beyond that.
Is this remote or in-person?
Remote, via video call. 1–2 hours depending on the size and complexity of your marketing function. Most workshops run closer to 90 minutes.
Can I bring my team?
Yes — up to 5 people. More voices in the room means richer mapping. Ideally bring the people who own the workflows you'll be mapping against.
What if I need help building after the workshop?
That's where Agent Teams or Advisory come in. The workshop gives you the map; those give you the builders and ongoing support. The £5k tier includes a follow-up call to bridge that gap.
What kind of companies have done this?
Marketing teams at B2B companies with 50–500 people. The sweet spot is teams with some AI curiosity but no clear playbook yet — they know they should be doing something, they just don't know what to build first.
